After this timeframe, your order may have already entered the processing phase, and we may not be able to accommodate your request. If you cancel your order within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Please note that damaged packaging (such as dented boxes) with a product in good condition is not considered damage.
