We will assist in following up on the claim and providing updates.

Please note that Amaraice is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the shipping process, as this falls outside our refund policy. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement if the package is not found or delivered. In some cases, the courier company may locate the package and deliver it to you. If the package is not found, we recommend filing a police report.
